Therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand yourself and your experiences, and find support as you navigate what comes next. At Seed & Sow, we believe meaningful change begins with feeling seen, understood, and supported. Together, we create space to feel more rooted in who you are while nurturing the growth that matters to you.

Our Approach

At Seed & Sow, therapy is welcoming, collaborative, and centered around you. We’ll begin with a brief consultation call to learn what you’re looking for, answer any questions, and see if one of our therapists may be a good fit. From there, your first session is a chance to share more about yourself, what you’re experiencing, and what you hope to work toward. Together, you and your therapist will then create a plan shaped by your needs, strengths, and goals, with room to grow and shift along the way.

  • Yes! Insurance coverage varies by provider. Visit our About page to learn more about each therapist and the insurance plans they accept. For out- of-network clients, we offer a superbill that you can submit to your insurance. Because coverage varies by plan, reimbursement cannot be guaranteed. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn more about your specific benefits and reimbursement process.

  • Self-pay session fees range from $100–$150, depending on the service and provider. However, we believe cost shouldn’t be the only thing standing in the way of finding support. Reach out to learn more about available sliding-scale options.

  • Evening and weekend appointments may be available depending on the provider. Reach out to learn more about current availability.

  • Most clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions, but there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. You and your therapist will decide on a schedule based on your goals and what feels most supportive for you. As sessions progress, the frequency of sessions can change too.

  • We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee.
